After order confirmation, your package will be shipped the next day if your payment is successful.

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for all orders over £50 (or equivalent in other currencies), from our warehouses with international carriers such as Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, DHL in Europe, USPS in North America, ePacket in Asia and Aramex in UAE.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. You can track your shipping status with your order ID and billing e-mail. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs Fees

In most times, there is no customs fee for low-value personal imports. We will declare it as a sample and a low value to avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation. Please check out the customs policy at your own place.

Returns

When Will My Package Arrive?

We offer international shipping services to over 30 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries or locations we will contact you.

Yes, the shipping is free on all orders over £50 (or equivalent in other currencies) – worldwide. To qualify for free shipping your basket total value must exceed £50, excluding all discounts and shipping fees.

How do I place an Order?

Select the products you wish to order, make sure you select the correct variations such as size or colour. Once you added all the products you want to buy, go to your basket page and proceed to checkout, make the payment with one of the methods provided and place the order.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order is confirmed, go to Order Tracking page and enter your order confirmation number and email address to see your order status.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel or change your order before it is shipped. You should contact us immediately if you have to make a change to your order after completing your purchase.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Please fill in the Return Request Form to apply for a return.
