Payment & Shipping Information

When Will My Package Arrive?

All orders are processed the same day of purchase and shipped the next day directly to the shipping address provided. Depending on your country the arrival time may change between 5-20 business days. You can check the Shipping & Payment section for more detailed information.

How Are Taxes Paid On All Orders?

Storeluxy displays taxes inclusively in product prices and they are not going to be added to your shopping subtotal at the checkout. You will pay what you see on the product pages.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer international shipping services to over 30 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries or locations we will contact you.

Is Shipping Free On All Orders Over £30?

Yes, the shipping is free on all orders over £30 (or equivalent in other currencies) – worldwide. To qualify for free shipping your basket total value must exceed £30, excluding all discounts and shipping fees.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express cards via Stripe Payment Gateway. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Storeluxy.

How do I place an Order?

Select the products you wish to order, make sure you select the correct variations such as size or colour. Once you added all the products you want to buy, go to your basket page and proceed to checkout, make the payment with one of the methods provided and place the order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you will need an account with us to place an order. Just enter your email address and confirm it. After that, you will be redirected to your account page where you will be able to enter your billing and payment details.

Where Can I Find My Invoices?

All orders are invoiced once the purchase is made and the order is processed. You can find your invoices under My Account > Invoices section on the website.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel or change your order before it is shipped. You should contact us immediately if you have to make a change to your order after completing your purchase.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order is confirmed, go to Order Tracking page and enter your order confirmation number and email address to see your order status.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Contact us so we can explain to you how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
