Payment & Shipping Information

When Will My Package Arrive?

All orders are processed the same day of purchase and shipped within 1-3 business days directly to the shipping address provided. Depending on your country the arrival time may change between 5-45 business days. You can check the Shipping & Delivery section for more detailed information.

How Are Taxes Paid On All Orders?

Storeluxy calculates shipping and taxes at checkout based on your billing and shipping addresses.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Is Shipping Free On All Orders?

On Storeluxy, every purchase is secure thanks to certified secure encrypted servers and advanced payment processing services. We do not collect or even see your debit/credit card data on our servers.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express cards as well as Buy Now, Pay Later schemes via Stripe Payment Gateway. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Storeluxy.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Select the products you wish to order, and make sure you select the correct variations such as size or colour. Once you added all the products you want to buy, go to your basket page and proceed to checkout, make the payment with one of the methods provided and place the order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You will be automatically given an account as soon as you place an order and pay for it. Just enter your email address on the checkout page and confirm it. After that, you will be redirected to your Account Page where you will be able to change your billing and payment details and view your past orders.

Where Can I Find My Orders?

All orders are recorded in your account once the purchase is made and the order is processed. You can find your order under My Account > Orders section on the website.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel or change your order before it is processed. You should contact us within 12 hours if you have to make a change to your order after completing your purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, alternatively, you can go to Track Your Order page and enter your tracking ID number to see your order status.

How Can I Return a Product?
