Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Unworn and unwashed items (available on our site) can be exchanged or returned. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order. When returning your item, please be sure to send via postage with tracking to confirm delivery. In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (include photos). Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or altered. Please contact us directly for any issues with your order. Our customer service is at your service 24/7 and ready to give you the best solutions!

Storeluxy does not offer returns on used products.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Items should be returned new, unused and with all Storeluxy and designer garment tags still attached.
  • Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Clothes must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, etc.
  • All tags must be intact and the items returned in their original packaging.
  • The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached.

*A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with Storeluxy’s return policy is final and cannot be refuted.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for products that are intimate (touching the skin).

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. No questions asked! You only should return it at your expense.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, credit card, or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops on Storeluxy receives the following guarantees:

  • full refund or reshipment if you don’t receive your order;
  • full refund or reshipment if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
  • full or partial refund if the item is not as described;

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at the shipping address for a long-time, therefore resulting in the shipping company destroying the package)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@storeluxy.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@storeluxy.com and send your item to the address we provide for you.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Contact us so we can explain to you how to return your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

SHOES

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are 100% sure you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled and will be sent back to the customer. 

FAULTY GOODS 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. 

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Storeluxy as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate. 

REPEAT RETURNS

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
