We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for all orders, from our global warehouses with international carriers such as Royal Mail in the United Kingdom, DHL in Europe, USPS in North America, ePacket in Asia, Aramex in UAE, DHL, EMS and FedEx.

After order confirmation, your package will be shipped within 1-5 business days if your payment is successful.

If the product you have paid over the internet is out of stock, there is a minimum waiting period of 4 (four) and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, their payment will be returned to them.

Certain products (i.e. haute couture, customer designer products) may have special delivery time conditions that can be found on product pages. You are responsible for reading this information before you make a purchase.


We offer international shipping services to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries or locations we will contact you.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. You can Track Your Shipping status with your tracking ID. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


In most times, there is no customs fee for low-value personal imports. We will declare it as a sample and a low value to avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country, the buyer should understand this situation. Please check out the customs policy at your own place.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
